RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.  You will also need the order and proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at margdens1@gmail.com with what the problem is.

 DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

Sale Items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned Items must be in original packaging, and with no visible signs of use

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded

REFUND POLICY

​

Once the item is returned and checked, if found  to be defective, damaged or you received the wrong item then a refund will be processed.

 

Please note wax melts are non-refundable if received as Snapped as that is what they are designed to do and can still be used.
